The Burn Cell has adapted to the frigid seas of Ambergrosis General by evolving a new source of energy. It can remove Hydrogen and Oxygen from the water and recombine them. It has lost the bouncy controllers of its ancester, because the combustion chamber now keeps it permanently afloat.
